    Trees!! They look great.
If I understand the renderings correctly, there will also be planted trees on top of the bunker like structures in this image?

Can you point us to renders that show trees up there?

This pic really makes me feel like the site is back to life... seeing the trees in the shadows of the WFC and 1WTC under construction... its really come a long way.

I think they're trying to hide the bunkers in the renderings.

There will be trees (not part of the memorial) planted along West St in front of the bunkers.

I think the structures are actually quite beautiful, and will look even better when they get their shiny silvery cladding. BTW, see the windows in the structure on the left in Zippy's pics? I'm sure that's where the window for the concession stand will be that the Port Authority mentioned in one of their Q&A's. I don't know where else it could be, since there are no other windows in either of the structures, only doorways.

That's where I think the concession will be; I used that to determine ground-level.

I think that the two buildings are far larger than what I supposed they would be. I remember that Arad's original design included a structure along West St, and it was eliminated because it blocked west views of the memorial.

I understand the necessity, just unfortunate.
