    Yeah, I for one can't wait to have a 1000' blank wall facing downtown from the seaport. The engineering for this building means the core will be set to the back, I guarantee it. There's also a reason that the west face of the building hasn't (and probably won't) be shown. Otherwise, this is a nifty concept for a building. Very Arco-ish.

    They've posted renderings of the western side and it won't be entirely blank. The core will be covered by cross-bracing (at least in the latest iteration) as well. It will be quite interesting.

    I'd be more convinced if the renders weren't just these clunky, flattened drafting exercises.
