    Almost framed.

And a couple of shots of the HL maintenance building.

At some point, I think they're going to have to reconfigure West St and add a crosswalk, maybe at Little W12th St. right now, it's about a quarter mile from Horatio to W14th.

Not for nothing, but as someone who looks at it every day, the GWBBS is notably more interesting architecture marred by panels that just need to be replaced.

    Entry clearly composed by LL:

"Not for nothing, but your mom has the best rack I've seen in years...."

Also, I'm very sorry. I'll try not to say it again for a while.

All those millions spent to construct a basically ugly and charmless building (I like the stairs if I'm forced to say something positive); and in a prime location that deserved something extraordinary instead. There is no grace, no poetry here. I'd prefer an alien space ship parked in this location over such a boxy turd.
NYC has fumbled the ball in many of the best locations. I put this in league with the big black tumor that's been allowed to fester at Astor Place, or the new crap at Union Square, or the unlovely new buildings around West 42nd Street, etc.

And i might be in the minority here by i actually LIKE the new building.
