    This tower is amazing! What a contrast to the crappy sticks at 432 Park and 217 W 57th.

    Looks great where it is but I wish it was more prominent on the skyline.

    Up close this building looks huge. In the picture above, it makes the Empire State Building look colossal. One 57's height, perhaps?

    The rendering looked sort of like origami, and I think the building does up close. But from the east, the turret makes it look like a mitten. A few minus points for that.

    I walked by earlier this morning. Looks stunning.

    I also passed a building under construction that I can't seem to find a thread for...an unfortunate creation called 160 Madison Ave? At 33rd St.

    The subway exit into the Huys building opened today - I hope that's a sign that they'll start work on that awesome southern one soon.

    It's pretty ordinary, not improved in any particular way though it does have the entrance sign modified to the Latin-esque (?) "SVBWAY"
