    That'll only happen when it's warm. It'll be sleek again in the winter.

    BTW, if 1 WTC had windows that could somehow open, then they wouldn't have to cut open the glass for those two window washers yesterday. Now there's an ugly hole in the façade and it'll cost the PA tens of thousands to replace it.

    Actually by DOB Code there has to be so many operable vents on a residential tower for fresh air whether they are used or not....there 1200 plus vents on 400 PAS.

    Maybe the people in the building care more about being able to get some fresh air, than impinging the exterior aesthetics of the building.
