I live nearby and I did not like the renders way back when, but now that I have gotten used to seeing it every day, I actually like the finished product. I saw a PBS special on this building and the inside / interiors of the apartments are really impressive.

'Render' is a verb. Please don't use it as a noun.

    Thanks.

I may be mistaken but I'm thinking Czervik is using a colloquial abbreviation for 'renderings', which is indeed a noun. The beauty of language is that it's always evolving. Any language that does not evolve is a dead language.

Common usage for "Render" now includes it as a noun.

I guess I should have said, "renderings". I did mean in a colloquial way. Should I go do 20 push-ups now?

This building is not really trying to keep a low profile at night.

Couldn't they do better with the sidewalk. It looks very any-street NYC.

At least at the WTC and on the new Hudson Boulevard, they will have stone pavers.

Maybe they wanted to go mod-squad here because of the building's aesthetic.

Burpees are the punishment of choice these days!

Burpees (never heard that term before outside of seed talk)?
I had to look that one up...AKA Squat Thrusts.
