    You can see 920 Eighth Ave's cranes on the right. If it rose higher (thus slimmer) it could've taken much more advantage of Central Park views. Idiots.

    I continue to be amazed at how little glass there is on this tower. I mean, clearly it'll be there eventually, but it just seems strange that it's so far behind the height.

    The section after the final setback is 13 floors + the curved crown. I think that's approx 250 feet.

    Both of these towers were stalled for a short bit while they reconfigured for the next section.
    One 57 in the background is now moving fast again. They did 3 floors since the last time I remember looking!

    This was from May 3rd at 2:15pm

    1715 Broadway is moving up quickly now that the setback has been completed, but here's One57 from today. Cladding is zooming upwards.
