    I love the fact that it is midblock and doesn't need to do blank walls like many others in this city would have done.

    I don't think it has anything to do with the architect.

    Big footprint for a midblock building. No need for a side-core.

    I wonder what will happen with the retail space now that the speculated inclusion of Nordstrom has proven false. There's supposed to be close to 100k square feet.
