    The way the Carnegie Tower crams up against the Metropolitan Tower is just wrong.

    This building would be better if it stepped up once again near the top and narrowed that boxy profile way up high.

    This type of curtain wall with multi-colored window panes seems to be gaining in popularity; I can think of at least three new buildings with that type of 'pixelated' facade. Plain mirrored or tinted glass would have been too bland a look, for whhat is an already bland overall form; the blue glass in various shades adds some much need visual interest to the building.

    It is a 'pretty building' - nothing special - but better than most. IMHO

    I hope I'm not the only one but I think the "pixelated" glass looks like $hit, and would rather have seen some lead free, starphire, extra clear glass instead.
