    It might look OK with enough signage covering up that stupid base. Will Gehry get to design a marquee for those theaters?

    Holy Mother of God, the lower portions are hideous. I mean, the top part is atrocious as well -- who can ask for anything other than your standard glass rectangle in New York these days -- but the lower floors look like a strip mall circa 1973.

    What were they thinking?
