    Default What's the point of moving to the Sunbelt?

    Everybody raves about the "Sunbelt" (the states in the southern and western teir). But really, are the taxes really that low? Is the quality of life really that good? Isn't the weather just as bad? What's the point, all those cities will all become overcrowded, polluted versions of NYC in 20 years anyway, so why are people moving there?

    I don't know why you thought it would be deleted, but it is being moved.

    Perhaps better job markets, thus better quality of life, etc...
