A big problem with NJT is they don't have a comprehensive bus map of the entire state, that you could zoom in on.

I also do not see a simple way to click on a route (or have a list of routes that go through the area you are currently zoomed in on) that would show you where the buses are.

All I am seeing on that link is a bunch of train stations, and a way to get the bus stops when I call out a station or (I think) route.

Where are the little dots showing buses and direction?

For example: I am trying to find the route 190 from New York to Patterson.

There is no 190 on the list... ok.
There is no way to put EITHER final destination on the search.....ok?
There is no way to zoom in on a known stop, CLICK ON IT, and get information concerning it..... wha?

Or maybe it is just Chrome..... :P

OK, it works, but the bus routes are limited... don't know why. There is only 1 bus route that is listed going into NYC on this service.... When I know 2 by name (190 Patterson, 126 Hoboken). Neither are even listed.... I wonder why.

I can understand part of the problem is their system is so big, it would be hard to accomplish this, but they've had years and years to figure this out.

Its more of dense clustered system then a large system....you have various divisions like Newark , Oradell , New York , Ridgewood , Jersey City , New Brunswick to name a few. So its not like they have a messy system ,they skipped most of Bergen County and the Interstate routes...
