I walked down this block yesterday and between the trees, proximity to the river and the mellow but fun outside cafes (pao for one) this area is a total gem - at least until the sanitation garage comes

Planting trees is really an easy way to improve the feel of a block.

I thought that they were rethinking the sanitation garage?

Have not heard that. I know there are some community organizations trying to fight it but I have not seen anything where it would be scrapped. Where did you hear that?
