Merrill Lynch have already came out publicly and said that Hudson Yards is not option for them:

"Hudson Yards [on the West Side near the Javits Center] is just not ready yet and we're not pioneers," said one top Merrill executive, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, adding the development plans for an area now made up of railroad tracks is still on the city's drawing boards.

Kliq6' use of 'there' is right though. Merrill Lynch is a company not a person.

^^Doesn't matter if it's a person or thing.

Their is a possessive adjective. There denotes location. The first two uses of "there" in that sentence were incorrect. The last use was correct.

    Project Information
    Owner: Vornado Realty Trust
    Architect: Brennan Beer Gorman/Architects
    Role: Construction Manager
    Contract Value: $12 Million
    Size: 42,000-SF/3-Stories
    Completion Date: September 2002

For national developer Vornado Realty Trust, Pavarini McGovern was the construction manager for a new retail building at 435 Seventh Avenue in New York City on an extremely busy corner site location adjacent to Pennsylvania Station. Approximately 50,000 people per day during rush hour pass this busy transit hub. New building construction consisted of a structural steel frame with concrete on metal deck and clad with a glass curtainwall system. The new building is adjacent to an existing subway entrance, and therefore required the construction of a new entrance to the subway within the building footprint. The design of the structure will enable our client to construct a 20-story glass and steel office tower atop the existing retail store at a future date (see tower rendering above).

I'd like to see the air rights transferred here, to save the hotel.

That ^ H&M is the site, however the notice you've posted for that tower is from 2006.

Note that "Completion Date" is 2002 (that was for the base portion)

    Is this one alive again?
