Construction has not even started yet. I checked with the builder and it seems like the sales office won't be open for another year or so.

Take a close look at that rendering. Looks like more Tetris is being played! There appears to be a smaller green building and an outdoor area being built over the existing buildings. Stack em up.
23rd between 1st and 2nd is NOT Gramercy. Shameful how they are trying to get away with calling that thing Gramercy. Can't think of a worse place to live than on 14th, 23rd, 34th Street, etc.
That area ^ is Stuy Town at best. More of a no man's land.
and Skyhouse is Flatiron, I guess anything's possible.
That green glob above makes the Yves look good.
