Is this the tower that's already UC on 23rd and 3rd or is it another project altogether? If the latter, has the site been cleared?

Construction has not even started yet. I checked with the builder and it seems like the sales office won't be open for another year or so.

Thanks. Do you know the address? I'd like to look on propertyshark to see what the structure currently on the site looks like. Is this on the east or west side of Third?

The 22nd & 3rd project has its own thread now at 160 East 22nd Street - 21-story Condominium

Also, the Real Deal has a good article about the Victor Homes project, Gramercy at 340 West 23rd.

Correction it's 340 East 23rd street between 1st ave and 2nd ave. This condo building is going to be a blockbuster in the Gramercy area. Shvo is the best sales/marketing agency I ever known.

Take a close look at that rendering. Looks like more Tetris is being played! There appears to be a smaller green building and an outdoor area being built over the existing buildings. Stack em up.

23rd between 1st and 2nd is NOT Gramercy. Shameful how they are trying to get away with calling that thing Gramercy. Can't think of a worse place to live than on 14th, 23rd, 34th Street, etc.
