This area is a rat and bedbug-infested dump. I lived there for years.

That crappy Potampkim Cadillac building across the street must come down.

So you're the culprit responsible for those nasty suckers

Funny. I lived in New York Hosp. housing, so there was no bbugs there. However, people in the neighboring buildings would always complain about vermin.

This thing is 3 stories up -crane and all. As seen in these old renderings, it's a narrow building oriented perpendicular to the first phase.

You can see the crane on the right.

This will yield a great deal more voyeurism opportunities for tram riders. I've never been able to tell if the plaza on the north east corner of the site is at ground level, or above 1 story of retail from the plans, though. Or if it's open to the public.

Not sure if this is exactly the "north east" corner: but this - https://retailmls.com/space-detail/1849 - sidewalk photo suggests a retail base structure with the tower above. Also, take a look at the google maps 'street view' link on that same site: you can see more of the surrounding area.

What is the criteria of a "Walk Score"?

The glass for this must be piling up in a warehouse somewhere. Maybe it's aging to that lovely black color.

The glass panes are eagerly awaiting to be tenderly joined to the facade of this modern masterpiece. But they are not quite ripe yet. Soon the day will arrive when they will leave the warehouse and take their rightful place in the sky.
