Depends on how many hookers stroll your block.

The Potamkin car dealership was demolished and will be replaced by the Josie Robertson Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Also - if you go back to post #19, you can see the pre-recession plans for this plot.

Cool thanks. Medical would have been my first guess in this area.

So this is nearly topped out with no glass, huh? Impressive. I actually think there's something really attractive about the clean, all-concrete stage of a building. It's rarely this large, though.

Solow seems to like black glass, on his buildings it doesn't look too bad.

And that's a shame, because what was previously proposed for 1133YA was this:

I recently heard from a resident of Tudor City - whose apartment window overlooks the east river - that the large Solow site near the UN has been sold - and the project as originally has be scrapped. If there is any news on that item; please post - I would be interested to know.

It appears Solow's plans were not scrapped, despite the sale to another entity:

Is this topped out without a single pane of glass? Impressive.

they might have a couple floors left before TO (top-out), which will likely be followed by a TO (as in time-out) until the glass arrives.

    Hopefully, they'll raze the Bentley.

Topped out, glass arriving. Should be interesting having that tram gliding past your window.
