Looking for condo-owner message board

I'm looking for a message board that might answer questions I have as a new condo unit owner; subjects such as forming an association; participation on a board of directors; finding a property manager; special rules for small (5-unit) condos, etc. If anyone knows of such a board, I would appreciate a link or a name. Thanks.

You might try www.tenant.net where there is a lot of info regarding residential legalities in NYC.

But give it a couple of days before you try, as the site recently was hacked and is currently down.
