The main tower ain't bad either. You have to get up close to appreciate the nice brick patterns and I-beam details on the facade.

I think it was a good choice not to visually connect the townhouses with the West St building, which seems to have more in common with the large building on the Washington St end of the block. The townhouses look more like the infill you would see on a typical side street.
