it really feels like a monstrosity & at those prices, who would want to be on the inner "U" portion facing right into their neighbor's unit with no direct sun ever?

I'm considering purchasing a 1 bedroom in the inner U portion looking out to the park. Any thoughts anyone?

Thanks for the pic tonyo. Seems like they are topping out and that glass seems quite a bit reflective, although its hard to tell from the picture.

    Why idiotic?

It expresses some little known truths -- and makes known many nefarious deeds by the Brits that eventually led to me being born over on this side.

So boring. The Hudson River side is turning out pretty nicely, lots of glass and it is high quality for once.

The Singer Building would be refreshing amongst all this Honda architecture.

This is one of the best looking facades in BPC, but that's not saying much.
