Suburban clothing for the suburbanites that flock Times Square.

Is the entire facade basically an electronic sign?

80% of it. There are large windows up the full 4-story height on the western side along 46th (opposite the entry bays to the Marriott Hotel).

At least that dark and dreary sidewalk shed that was up for what seem like years and years is now down and that corner finally has some life put back on it.

They advertise the tackiest movies in Times Square.

Coming from someone currently trapped in suburbia, this is so very true.

And I just realized I'm wearing an AE sweatshirt.

I went and checked out the place today. I'm sorry to say this but I think we're all out-of-touch with the youths of today if we think that "suburbanites" are the patrons of this store/brand.

Most of the shoppers in the store were young "hipster" or skateboard-type people. They looked very much like city kids and not the typical suburban tourists.

Still think there should be 40 stories of building above this store though.
