I doubt it will be an outdoor space. Even less likely it would be open to the public.

This tower says nothing about it being an outside space, especially since it sits right above a mechanical level. It could house future spotlights, however.

Yes, me too! Not only the overall design/form of the building: but the glass curtain wall in this one is sublime.

As of yesterday they were starting on the final mechanical floor on the top. Is the height of this to that or the windscreen? In any event, sorry I didn't grab a picture from the office, but they were starting on the south side. It has the same strong diagonal members as the mechanical floor before the setback, so this is it for the major steel.
