    It looks like part of a crane (I think it's called a folding jib) that's parked just out of the frame. It's probably the crane that's sitting on the newly erected steel over the VSC ramp.

    A second tower crane will be installed, though I'm not sure when it's due to arrive, but I assume before steel erection which is supposed to begin in October.

    Now the two opposing corners at NW & SE of the WTC will be rising above the streets in tandem.

    Very exciting things to come.
