    Yeah, that's the core steel frame aright. Looks almost reminiscent of the one being built for the Freedom Tower!

    Same view when done.
    No skyscraper in the city rises 975 feet without a setback as the south elevation of this tower does. It might be similar to looking up at one of the twins.
