Anyone check out Maki's new Media Lab building at MIT? It is truly awesome. It makes the Cooper Union building look like a childish hodgepodge. I hope Tower 4 has a comparable attention to detail.

I am trying to get a measure of how tall Tower 4 is, in relation to other significant towers in Manhattan. OK, I know it's the lowest of the planned towers at WTC. That being said, will it be taller than, let's say, the Woolworth Building? Or, Beekman Tower?
