    Hard to get exited :-/

The worst of the Greenwich towers is going up first.

The design for WTC4 is a total POS.

I have to disagree -- it's a going to be a minimalist beauty.

    Same here....

Tower # 4 will hide One Liberty Plaza from my view.

    I agree too...
Tower 4 has always been my favorite tower out of the 3 Church St towers, however I may be proven wrong if the glass and curtainwall ends up looking anything like the BOA tower. It turned out looking like a dirty Pear. Pear shaped that is. At 47 my tastes have definitely have been drawn to much simpler and not over done lines!

The design of that Mezzanine bit above the "V" evokes memories of the former WTC 4 and 5 low-rise buildings.

I have high hopes for this one. It all boils down the skin.

It may well be a minimalist tower but the base is looking very interesting all the way around.

This is a great and somewhat singular situation where we might get to see the tower rise with a big portion of its sub-surface levels exposed throughout construction.

And yes the shadows on the ground, are being caused by the blinding reflection off of 7 WTC. :haha:

Tower 4, does have some historical traits. For one it's mechanical vents looks like the facade of the towers, it's retail center is set up to look like it's predecessor, and it's the only building on the site to share the same footprint as it's predecessor. Coincidence?
