I some more pics of the WTC mall, or signs from it.Also, a really good one from one of the foot bridges. (its from 9/11, but you can't see anything its just a sign. And Lofter, sry bout that.)

    This is on 9/11

That top photo was taken at the 5 WTC entrance at Vesey Street and Church Street to the Concourse on 9/11. I know, that is me in the photo. I walked down those stairs ( to the right of the escalators)all the way to 1 WTC trying to streamline the escape route. I saw one of my friend by the Everything Yogurt booth next to the PATH stairs, he was later killed in the collapse of 2 WTC. The maps and models you guys are creating and posting are wonderful. Please keep up the work, for this is one way that hopefully people will never forget!

I don't enjoy seeing pictures of the WTC on that day - before or after.

STR, man, you have no idea how much I'm grateful that you're doing this. Were both the plaza and awning "1WTC" signs painted red? I don't know why I was under the impression only the plaza sign was red.

I love that rendering! The only thing that took away from it was the bonsai Pine Trees. Haha.

    Keep up the awesome work!

yes, thanks for doing this. I think it's great these magnificent buildings will live on at least virtually. You've done the public record a great mitzvah and I'm sure history will thank you.

    ^Read up a little more.

It's actually not a "free world" and a lot of people are persecuted and executed for their opinions.

We've certainly had much better and more considerate posting. I prefer the courteous, intelligent posters.

Uh yeah, so have I, the one in the movie "World Trade Center." The one made by dozens of people paid to do work like this. So until you're willing to help me bankroll a similar effort, and help me recruit a capable team, your opinion isn't going to matter to me all that much frankly.

If, however, you cough up some dough ($10,000 would probably be about the minimum, no kidding at all there) I will take any criticism under advisement.

    Well said STR.

I think your work on WTC is tremendous, and to think you did it all off your own bat and while studying as well.

    Keep up the good work.
