I'm glad to see it isn't all one sided for the regulated renters. Maybe the supertanker is turning, and when the rent laws come up for renewal it in, what is it, seven year (I've lost track), there won't be enough political support to renew them.

Then again, I think the landlords actually prefer things the way the are now, as opposed to a really free market where they'd have to compete for tenants.
