    Don't know. Maybe PhpBb.

Vbulletin is always in the top group of those reviewed. If it was outdated, it would drop out fast.

Good to read that, I was hoping this one would revive and that the design remains.

    This is an amazing tower.

It looks like a favela in the sky. With a little age, it'll be an expensive eyesore. HdM peddles crude architecture, unfortunately trendsetters deem it refined.

Lots of bold proclamations, little substance IMO. Care to elaborate upon your claims?

HdM crude? Take a walk along Bond Street. You'll see otherwise.

I'm concerned about this building's massing. The renderings make it look chunky. Even so, the site is rather small, so I think it will be realized much more "slenderly."

They bought all the air-rights from NYLS, so they have to use them on a 120 x 100 footprint. Much smaller than 8 Spruce St. The Gehry tower, not counting the larger school base, is about 170 x 140.

Yeah. It must be purely a rendering optical illusion then. This is going to really drag the skyline northward.

    Two thoughts:

    1) This topic will be near the top of the list for the next couple of years!

    2) I think of the highest end new NYC apartments as "money laundering receptacles", similar to the way the highest end homes and apartments in Mayfair, London are largely storage vessels/ money laundering devices for the wealth of foreigners.

If it helps reignite the high-rise residential construction industry in the city, the owners can "launder" all they want IMHO. NYC, open for business again. Great news.
