    Default Co-Op Insurance

To the Co-op owners on the board: Any of you have a particular insurance company for co-op insurance that you like? Any important things to keep in mind while shopping around? A quick web search lead to only one "major" that gives an online quote (the lizard/caveman one). I know the others have to offer it, but all I see on their websites is condo insurance. Thanks...

I think that condo insurance might include co-op insurance, as those are pretty rare outside of the metro area.

My Co-op insurance is through allstate... it's listed as Condo insurance on the statement, so i guess they are in fact one and the same. Having no basis of comparison, all i can say is that the price seemed decent and easy.
