Default Trump Park Avenue at 502 Park - by Goldner & Goldner / conversion by Costas Kondylis

Trump Park Avenue

Is that what I think it is? The box at the upper section of the tower. If so, it's typical Trump style. Gross.

Closer look here:

The avarice is obscene at the best of times, but right now ...

...$51 MILLION

Yes, you read that number right. With a government-bailout-sized price tag, this 6,200-square-foot Park Avenue duplex penthouse atop the Trump Park Avenue pleasure palace comes with valet parking, maid service, laundry service, concierge service and a private gym. And if the price still seems high, well, consider that you're only spending about $1 million per window! (And all 50 of the "large" windows offer "gorgeous" views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline.) The condo is currently configured with three bedrooms and 6˝marble bathrooms, including separate his-and-her baths (to go with separate his-and-her walk-in closets) in the master suite. One of the bathrooms even has its own terrace (one of three terraces altogether). The upstairs living area stretches 45 feet in length with 14-foot coffered ceilings.

Butt ugly entryway onto the terrace.

You'd think for $51M they'd ahve done better than that.

Ok, then I'll only offer $50,950,000 for the place.
