No Fee apartments in Manhattan
The source I used to find a place was Listing Square web site. They list only No Fee apartments by landlords (no games) and always give you the actual address, apartment number, price... showing times and landlord's number to call. And it's all free. (www.ListingSquare.com)

super cheap rental buildings?
it seems a lot of people on here are super educated in the rental market in manhattan. this thread has been an incredible source of information for no fee apartments, but i wanted to see if anyone knew of some buildings that fall along the lines of:
-rents that have studios or 1 beds under $1400/mo -probably a rent controlled/stabilized building? -anywhere in manhattan below 100th st is there a way to find a list of these buildings? i'm not expecting contact numbers (although that would be jackpot) but just addresses thanks all
