Where did this one come from? Isn't this the same spot where the Element is supposed to be?
It looks like the hole and foundation for the Element miraculously appeared out of no where.

No... this one is another building. The Element is east of this site. They are both right next to eachother.

Question The parking lot across the street?

Does anyone know if there are any development plans for the Central Parking lot across the street from 10 West End Avenue? This neighborhood is developing so fast that I'd be surprised if there were none.

Any news on this building? It will be finished in the Spring according to their literature. Seems very nice and priced reasonably.

A Spring opening sounds about right. Right now, the building is topped out and the glass facade is 3/4ths of the way up.
