Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center

For more than 100 years, Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center has been most successful in providing quality health care to those in need, regardless of their ability to pay. In 1962, the Lebanon Hospital (incorporated in 1890) merged with the Bronx Hospital (incorporated in 1909). Just nine years later, the hospital took a significant step towards training the doctors of tomorrow, by becoming an affiliated primary teaching hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
