Photography of Sex Between Men
Short presentations by Christopher Clary, Slava Mogutin and Ulli Richter – three artists/photographers included in the Gay Men Play exhibition – are followed by discussion about the representation of gay sex in photography.
5pm – 6pm
Aperture foundation presents “Cuddle” Panel Discussion
Cuddle (with Bill Hunt) will synthesize the issues discussed in three prior panels organized by NYPH09 curator Chris Boot, which tackled topics related to his Gay Men Play project. Porn, art, censorship, issues of representation of gay male sexuality—panel moderator Bill Hunt breaks it all down, getting down to brass tacks with Svetlana Mintcheva, director of the arts program of the National Coalition Against Censorship, and other panelists.
